Cade Pederson brings perspective and dedication to his practice. As a former judicial law clerk for the Hon. Patrick M. Biren of Goodhue County District Court, Cade gained valuable insight into the judicial process and an in-depth understanding of Minnesota law. This foundation has enhanced his ability to guide clients through legal matters with clarity, precision, and care.
In private practice, Cade has focused on estate planning, estate administration, business law, and real estate. He assists clients in crafting comprehensive estate plans, administering estates, and navigating the legal requirements of business transactions and real property matters. With a client-centered approach, Cade is committed to making each step in the legal process as straightforward and stress-free as possible, providing both expertise and compassion.
Cade hails from rural Southeastern Minnesota, having grown up in scenic Bluff Country. In his personal time, Cade enjoys fitness, reading (ranging from British and American classics to science fiction and fantasy), film, and being outside.
